i had a choice the next morning...allow myself to get lost in all the media coverage post-wedding and completely lose my day, or grab the nikon and go for a walk. i'm really just avoiding the task of packing. i gotta be out of my cottage in four days time. i'll keep you in suspense as to my next destination. muhahaha.
let's get this started.
i walked my arch nemesis...the cuckoo trail. remember the last time i walked this trail? yeah. we've learned from that experience.
and there was no shortage of signs this time round. thank you, kindly.
this is what i like to call the she-ra stance. funnily enough, i used to have a few of these dolls as a kid and they made great bathtub toys...along with the baby muppets from the happymeals i collected from mcdonalds. whoa. that just brought me back.
pop quiz: can anyone tell me what this thingie-mabob-er is? the lucky winner gets a postcard...from me. dad...you're excluded 'cuz you're english.
yo. what up, homeslices?
i like this one because it looks like they're having a conversation. yes, i always seem to personify my animals.
raaaaaaaaandom. that's the english for ya.
happy birthday, mom. i'm early and i did my best with the card selection. blame england.
and...back we go.
an artsy-fartsy attempt.
pit-stop at the craft shop in memory of the knitter.
oh, you're too funny...yet equally ironic.
meanwhile, back on the cuckoo trail...
wow. you certainly got your money's worth outta this post, haven't you?
sigh. half pint. such a trooper and always consistent. what a man. thanks for putting up with yet another edition of haylestales.
