i love the fragrance counters in duty free. i never buy anything but i could spend a considerable amount of time in the men's cologne section. swooning of course. if you are a man and you smell amazing, i just may follow you. you've been warned.

i saw the northern lights. i SAW THE NORTHERN LIGHTS. i have never seen them before. we were in between greenland and newfoundland when i saw the green dancing rays. i was memorised. in awe. so so so amazing.
the inflight entertainment was off the hook. true grit, part of inception (my brain started to shut off). i quickly assessed that this film would require more thought than what i was prepared to give, so i shut it off and went to modern family. OHMYGOODNESS MODERN FAMILY WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? I'VE BEEN IN ENGLAND. never laughed so hard on a plane before.
the eagle has landed. this photo represents exactly how i was feeling. jet-lagged and delusional. i didn't even fill out my customs card correctly i was so tired. the security man asked me, how are you today? i instantly said, 'i'm tired'. thinking, it's four in the morning england time.
waiting for my suitcase and gearing up to say hi to the rents. it's been eight months.
