i've been going through nana's old photos.
and taking photos of photos. sounds funny i know. but, then i get an electronic copy to save to my external hard drive. i've come across many photos of littlehayley. i squeal because i can't picture myself that young, that small. i wish there were video clips of me that young. i'm having a hard time imagining what littlehayley was like back then. she was probably just as goofy as bighayley is today.
nevertheless...check this out. what is that? an animal cracker?
not much has changed. quelle surprise.
aside from the hair colour. i was a proper blonde as a kid. what happened? it's ironic really...i was born with black hair that fell out by three to four months and then blonde showed up. once i hit late teens, my hair started getting progressively darker. it wasn't until i hit the winter term of my third year of university that i finally had the guts to submit to dark chocolate goodness. and, i have no desire to go back.
it's new years eve people. funny story. i got carded the other day for buying this. and let me tell you...it was pretty awesome. have fun and remember...designated driving is always in style. aha.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you. Will lift a glass of rum to your glass of whiskey tonight in a toast to a healthy New Year for all.
There is a video clip of you and Nathan and others at a Mulholland Christmas in Brownsville when you were about 3. Uncle David and Uncle Dennis weren't there so Uncle Dean video-taped the proceedings for them. Have to see if I can track that tape down. It's pretty funny. Uncle Dean kept asking you to say 'hello' to Uncle Dave and you kept saying "Where is Uncle Dave? I don't see him!" because you didn't quite get the concept of the video camera.
thanks, aunt rosie! hope you had a nice new years!
mom - i remember that clip. i remember screwing my face up as i asked the question about uncle dave and dennis. but, i want more. i want more clips of littlehayley! if you could find that clip...that would totally make my day. happy hunting?! aha.
