a stream of consciousness. good luck!

this is what a business looks like, the business of me. apparently i'm a business. how odd. i have no idea why the paper towel roll made it into this photo.
this is what my supper looked like before i ate it. and that's gluten-free pasta too.
i'm on round three of laundry duty. i have avoidance issues. i hit up asda after work and filled the fridge and stocked the cupboards. i found the sweetest of parking spots, literally outside the front door. i am slowly becoming the master of parallel parking. it's like a game, and i seem to win every time.

i am addressing the mess that is my hair tomorrow. putting my trust in a junior stylist (whatever that means) for a cut and colour. i'm on the fence about the fringe. to keep or not to keep is the question. i'll probably decide last minute, when i'm sitting in the chair. seems to be my style.

i think i need to start taking a calcium supplement. i'm not getting enough dairy these days.

the yeah yeah yeahs are a good time in the ol' audio-technica headphones. shame and fortune is some great tuneage. heads will roll is anne boleyn's theme song i've decided.

i saw a twelfth century castle enroute to a home visit yesterday. it was sitting on the side of some hill. there were goats running down from the side of it. i laughed out loud. goats. of course there were goats. the sat nav system took me some rural route home, and for about 5 miles i followed a one lane road passed muddy fields, farm cottages and stone walls. i narrowly missed running over a rabbit too. goats and rabbits. pigs and swans. cows and horses. and, don't forget the sheep. i have this strange excitement come over me when i see sheep in pasture. i squeal in a high-pitched voice, "hello sheepies, hello sheepies, hello, hello, hello!" as i drive passed.

if i wasn't me, i'd think i was nuts. the end.

We never passed any castles in Brant County on the way to Oakland or Scotland.

be sure to get a calcium plus magnesium supplement. calcium can't be absorbed without magnesium. without it, it's just wasting money on the calcium alone :)

wow.... that would be cool to pass a castle just in your daily every day life
