we spent a good 45 minutes strolling and catching up...just like old friends. i need to stop referring to bournemouth as a person, i know. these should keep you busy in the meantime.
i bet you're also interested in what my humble abode for the next 5 nights looks like too. you can see the ocean from my window...however because i couldn't get the exposure under control, you can't see it in the photo. i'm sorry. buuuuuuuuuuuuttt...you can distract yourself instead by checking out that little red number in the parking lot instead!! that's better, isn't it?!!?! Ah?
those flowers on the stand are from my parents...and cousin laura. happy birthday!

So, is that your car? Where are you now? Do you have a job? I'm not really catching all the details of your adventure but am sure excited to be living vicariously through you! Hugs!
Yeah, that's my car. I've named him PostMan Pat. Ha! I'm in Bournemouth. I started work last Tuesday. The job's been okay - but the driving and navigating city streets has been a nightmare. I know my route to work really well...but homevisits - out in the borough is a lost cause - the English don't post signs very well - if not at all. how are you doing?
your hotel is much nicer than the hotel i called home for 4 days -- before i lost my mind and had a serious meltdown. you know, one where you cant hardly breathe bc you are crying so much. yeah. that.
