oh man. that made me laugh. some of these reviews are so dry and uninteresting...and then i read that line and laughed out loud. hi, my name's hayley, and i like a little humour in my used car reviews. 

i've been doing what the people who know me best know what i do best: researching. almost to the point of obsession, i'm combing any and all information i can on the polo and yaris. i've been tooting around town in my nana's polo since i came to the uk...and i kinda like it. i'll keep you posted on the polo/yaris debate...and hoping i'll have a car at the end of it all.

in other news: does anyone else get goose bumps when they listen (with some decent over the ears headphones) to 30 seconds to mars' kings and queens? i know this song has been out for awhile now, but i have a lot of respect for this song and the musical journey it takes you on. i don't know enough to comment on jared leto and the gang...but this song seems musically smart, almost mature. anthem and atmospheric-like. i like how it incorporates strings and choir-esque voices. i don't know what i'm talking about really, but my ears really like it....and i get goose bumps during the bridge when the kick drum kicks in. however, goose bumps when listening to music is a good thing, that i know because someone told me once. 

hmmm...what else is there to talk about? oh yeah, this...

can someone tell me why it's snowing in the uk? i thought i left canada and the snow behind. but, i guess it does remind me a little of home and that's always nice. but, seriously...can it be over now? i mean, i get to take pretty pictures of this, and that's kinda cool, but come on! this was from last night.

newly developing fascination is with this guy. he's like a train wreck and i can't look away. can be very entertaining when you realise, yes, he really does speak like that. so, what's new with you?
