a beeston birthday

welcome to my birthday! laura and i went exploring at beeston castle. built in....drum roll please...1225! that was a long time ago my friends!

this is hilarious. i set up the camera to take a picture with the self-timer...then realising that i was some 30 feet away from the bench. so, i booked it up the bank and slipped on some mud and fell onto the bench and then...CLICK. this is the result.

round two worked out much better.

i guess she found her way down...because now we've moved on to crossing the bridge.

when will laura learn?

hey look...it's the birthday girl. 

we tried hide and seek. laura did her best...at least this time her safety wasn't in jeopardy like the last time.
