i'm home now. gee hayley...classify 'home'. nana's? my cottage? canada? i don't have an answer, or maybe i have multiple answers.
i'm drinking the left over red wine nana sent me home with. i'm also having a low blood sugar, so i ate a spoonful of the left over homemade vanilla icing i found in the fridge from a week and half ago. the detox begins tomorrow i've decided. i'm watching, the towering inferno. hello mr. mcqueen. yum.
focus.
sorry.
what was suppose to take four hours - took over five hours. i'm talking about the drive home today. i've learned that if you want to make good time, travel on christmas eve. the roads are deserted. today? not so much.
i blame construction. even though it was a sunday afternoon. go figure.
it started with nana and i saying, goodbye.
geez, somebody needs a haircut.
after a stop at starbucks, the traffic also stopped. then the first gear/second gear dance began.
proof.
and, yes...i was easily bored so out came the camera. thumbs up for traffic.
i wish i was going to heathrow and flying home for a bit.
what else can i show you while i wait? my burt's bees lipbalm? ipod tunes? ok. i forgot how much i like old school, U2.
i can show you a picture from the football match yesterday. that's kinda exciting. there's a video on facebook too if you feel so inclined.
ohthankgoodness.
