beachy days...

this is my friend, rachel. she's a social worker too. we get on really well. "get on" means we can tolerate each other for a significant period of time without anyone getting hurt. okay, that was a bit dramatic.

on sunday we hung out at the beach by my flat. then we planned to take next monday off from work to spend more time at the beach. good plan.

tonight, we went for dinner at funki sushi. this was a great success because not only did they have yummy sushi, but they also had a thai menu as well!!! i know! sushi and thai food...all under the same roof. oh my!

then we went for a stroll on the pier.

watched the fishermen doing fishermen type-things.

then it was time for the improv photo shoot to begin.

this particular princess wasn't so successful with this particular pumpkin.
