trying to write a blog while listening to bob dylan is really hard. he talks too much.

sarah came to visit this weekend from london. half pint and i picked her up at the station and off we went to find lulworth castle. only to discover that it was closed for a wedding. but all was not lost, as we went to visit durdle and her door on the jurassic coastline. little did we know that we were in for the hike of our lives (slight exaggeration) and sarah was wearing sandels and i was wearing my trusty steve madden cowboy boots.

doesn't look so bad, right?

legs are burning by this point, and my life flashes before my eyes. i question if i'll make it to see the other side and why i wore these boots.

but, as you can see, i didn't die. we made it to the top and stopped to have a slushie.

sarah's still kickin' too.

check out the view.

and durdle's door.

i justified a burger, chips and a stella for dinner.

we ate outside at the seafront pub down by the beach by my flat. afterwards we strolled the prom before sunset and were accosted by two drunken morons on the way to the pier. then we had to re-direct our route and walk along the sandy beach to avoid the pathetic idiots a second time.

sarah and i tried for sushi today, but the only sushi restaurant in the area wasn't open. so, we've decided the night before we fly out to brussels, we'll find something in london and do it up properly.

well, it's another grueling work week ahead, so i'm off to bed folks. peace out and play nice.
